By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Do Roatan Day Tours.

1. Booking and Reservations

Our “Reserve Now, Pay Later” model allows you to secure your excursion in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from our team. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding their cruise ship name, arrival date, and contact details.

2. Payment Terms

While we offer the flexibility to reserve without immediate payment, full payment or a deposit may be required via a secure payment link prior to the tour date or as agreed upon during the booking process. All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars). We use secure third-party payment processors; your financial information is never stored on our servers.

3. Cruise Ship Guarantee

We specialize in shore excursions and understand the importance of your schedule. We offer a 100% Back-to-Ship Guarantee. Our guides are trained to monitor ship schedules and ensure you return to the Mahogany Bay or Coxen Hole port at least one hour before your ship’s scheduled departure. In the rare event that your ship does not dock at Roatán, no charges will apply, and any deposits made will be fully refunded.

4. Itinerary Modifications

Do Roatan Day Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, port schedule changes, or safety concerns. Our primary goal is your safety and enjoyment; therefore, we may substitute certain activities or routes to provide the best possible experience under the circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are expected to meet their guide at the designated meeting point and time provided in the confirmation instructions. We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened tour duration to ensure a timely return to the port. Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and must inform the guide of any medical conditions or limitations before the tour begins.

6. Liability and Risk

Participation in our tours (including but not limited to snorkeling, ziplining, and animal interactions) involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Do Roatan Day Tours and its staff shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage resulting from the negligence of the participant or factors beyond our control.

7. Respect for Wildlife and Environment

As a local operator, we are committed to the conservation of Roatán’s ecosystem. We expect our guests to follow all guidelines regarding interaction with animals (monkeys, sloths, etc.) and the protection of our coral reefs. Any behavior that endangers wildlife or the environment may result in the immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Honduras. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Roatán, Bay Islands.
